Of course! If you want to make changes to a FLY-FOOT package, you will notice a 'customize' button that will allow you to add/remove the number of people, change seat category, hotel of your choice or even add flights if you wish. Depending on the chosen game, you may add another game to your trip. Once these steps are completed, you will navigate to the stadium tour and city experiences where you will find many exciting tours and experiences to choose from.

Upon completing the seat category, hotel, and flight steps, you will be directed to the extra services we offer such as stadium tours and many city experiences to choose from.
05. I want to know my seat location and whether my seats will be together or not. Is it possible?
Our seats are distributed between different categories. These categories cover areas of the stadium, as we highlight in each stadium plan on your team page. Once you select the category, FLY-FOOT will book your seat in that area. And yes, you will be seated next to each other, unless we specifically state otherwise during your booking process.

No, FLY-FOOT offers packages that include match tickets and hotel bookings at a minimum. We want to provide you with the best experience possible.

FLY-FOOT Agent is a service from which all our clients can benefit. A FLY-FOOT team member, who speaks different languages, will help you make the best out of your travel experience. 08. What are the methods of Payment?
All major Credit Cards. And in some countries, direct bank transfers and cash payments are accepted. The available payment options will be highlighted as you go through your package check-out process. FLY-FOOT also offers payment facilities. You can ask for these options during your booking process.
09. I just settled my payment. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email along with your reservation vouchers.
10. I want to cancel my booking. Do you have a refund policy?
Refunds depend on the service provider of the airlines, the hotels, and the experiences. Match tickets are non-refundable. In case of a postponed game, the tickets will still be valid for the new dates. In case the game was played behind closed doors, funds will be credited to your FLY-FOOT account to be used for a later game.
11. I want to file a complaint. Who should I contact?
Fly-Foot’s major concern is your comfort and satisfaction. If you feel that they were compromised please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible and we will do everything reasonably possible to sort the problem out.
