We are looking for a goal scoring star, with an experience in sales and growth in a regional Scale up.
You will be designing and implementing effective sales and growth tactics.
You should be accustomed to fast-paced scale-up conditions, be bold without being arrogant, and be productive while still knowing how to have fun: A Ballon d’Or potential
What you’ll do:
- Develop regional sales strategies, and oversee their deployment and execution.
-Develop our B2B and B2B2C sales arms
- Optimize our customer journey and conversion
-Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop lead and revenue generation programs and create high impact.
-Support sales negotiations, attend sales presentations and help close strategic deals.
Who you are/Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful experience in sale roles. Big preference for candidates with startup/scale up experience in similar roles
-Highly analytical regarding sales stats and KPIs, with strong knowledge of how to steer a team to meet targets.
-Drive to achieve results, strong willed, motivating and cool under pressure.
-Proven track record of delivering successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments
- Dynamic leadership style, possess excellent communication and decision making skills.
